It is effective for control of annual or some perennial broad-leaf weeds and sedges.
It is a white powder melting at a temperature from 185 to 188. Vapor pressure is 1.73 mPa(25). Solubility: slightly soluble in dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, acetonitrile, acetone and methanol and etc; hardly soluble in water. It is very stable in weak alkaline aqueous solutions(pH=8) but slowly degrades in acid aqueous solutions.
